These terms govern your use of ValtricBot ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
ValtricBot is an AI support assistant for game-server hosting businesses. It reads your support tickets and connected data sources, and replies to your customers on your behalf inside your own Discord bot. You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and for the actions you choose to enable.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may invite team members, who are also bound by these terms.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your card is charged for the selected tier. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. By starting your trial you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately; where a statutory cancellation ("cooling-off") right applies, you acknowledge that it ends once your paid subscription begins. You can avoid any charge entirely by cancelling before your free trial ends.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, resell it without permission, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Discord's terms and any third-party platforms you connect.
You may connect third-party tools such as Pterodactyl and billing software (for example Paymenter, WHMCS or Blesta). You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for the permissions you grant. The Service only performs actions you explicitly enable, and you can require staff approval before replies are sent.
If you enable them, the Service can perform actions on your behalf, including initiating refunds to your own customers through your connected billing provider. These actions are optional, off by default, and, where you choose, require a member of your staff to approve them before they take effect. You remain solely responsible for refunds, charges, and other financial decisions made through your account, and for the accuracy of the data your provider returns. ValtricBot is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and is not liable for them.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValtricBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
