Is it really my own bot?
Yes. ValtricBot runs inside your own Discord bot, with your name and avatar, on every tier, so your customers never see our brand. For full white-label you connect your own bot token. If you'd rather get going fast, you can start with a ready-made bot in a couple of clicks and switch to your own whenever you like.
Can it make changes to my servers or billing?
Only the ones you choose to enable. By default it just reads data to answer questions, and you decide which actions, if any, it's allowed to take. Sensitive things like refunds, suspensions and plan changes can stay staff only, and you can require staff approval before any reply is sent.
How does it know my plans and policies?
You give it a knowledge base, either by pasting text or uploading a PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown file. It learns your tone and sticks to the facts you provide, so it stays accurate instead of guessing at prices or policies.
